4. Generated images
Subject to applicable law and the rights of any third parties, you may use the images you generate for personal or business purposes. However, you are responsible for checking that your use is lawful, appropriate and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
We do not guarantee that generated images are unique, accurate, suitable, copyright-free or safe for every use case. Similar or identical outputs may be produced for other users.
5. No guarantee of results
AI-generated images may be inaccurate, unexpected, distorted, offensive, unsuitable or different from your prompt. We do not guarantee that every prompt will create a successful, high-quality or usable image.
6. Availability, limits and fair use
Free image generation may be slowed, paused, limited or capped to prevent abuse, manage costs and keep the tool available. We may restrict access if we detect unusual, automated, excessive or harmful activity.
7. Third-party AI provider
This tool uses a third-party cloud AI provider to process prompts, optional image references and generated images. We do not control that provider's systems, availability, processing times, output quality or technical behaviour.
