1. About this tool
The Free AI Image Generator allows users to create AI generated images from text prompts and, where available, optional image references, image to image inputs, account features, private galleries and related generation features. It is supported by advertising and normal website revenue.
2. Children, age appropriate use and restricted features
This tool is intended for general creative use. If you are under 13, you may only use it with the permission and supervision of a parent, guardian or teacher. If you are aged 13 to 17, you may only use it with appropriate permission and in a safe, lawful and age appropriate way.
Certain higher risk or higher cost features may be limited to adults, signed in users, or users who meet additional eligibility, verification or consent requirements. This may include, where available, image references, image to image editing, real person editing, saved galleries, account features, adult style prompts or similar features.
You must never create, request, upload, reference, generate, download, save, edit or share sexual, intimate, glamour, suggestive, dating style or adult style content involving anyone under 18, anyone who appears to be under 18, or anyone whose age is uncertain.
3. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for your prompts, uploaded images, image references, generated images, downloads, edits, sharing, publication and any other use of this tool or its outputs. You must ensure that everything you submit, upload, create, download, save or share is lawful and does not infringe the rights of any person or organisation.
4. Prohibited use
You must not use this tool to create, request, upload, generate, edit, save, download or share any content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive or otherwise prohibited.

- deepfakes, impersonation, fraud, deception or misleading representations of real people

- content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other legal rights
- violent, disturbing or shocking content intended to harm, intimidate or distress
- attempts to evade, bypass or abuse any safety filter, moderation control or access limit
- automated misuse, scraping, reverse engineering, stress testing, overloading, or interfering with the service
5. Image references, real people and consent
If you upload an image, use an image reference, or use image to image features where available, you confirm that you own the image or have all necessary rights, licences and permissions to use it.
If an uploaded or referenced image shows an identifiable person, you confirm that the person is 18 or over and has consented to that image being used for this type of AI image generation or editing. You must not upload or use images of children, celebrities, private individuals, colleagues, former partners, partners, family members or any other person in a way that is sexual, intimate, misleading, exploitative, harassing, abusive, deceptive or non consensual.
6. Accounts and sign in features
Some features may require an account, sign in, verification or other eligibility requirements where available. If accounts are offered, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account.
You must not share access, impersonate another person, create accounts for abusive purposes, or use multiple accounts to evade limits, suspensions or bans.
7. Generated images and output rights
Subject to applicable law, these terms, and the rights of any third parties, you may generally use the images you generate for personal or business purposes. However, you are solely responsible for checking whether your use is lawful, appropriate and non infringing.
We do not guarantee that generated images are unique, accurate, non infringing, suitable, safe or fit for any particular purpose. Similar or identical outputs may be produced for other users.
8. Safety systems, moderation and abuse prevention
We may use safety systems and abuse prevention measures including local prompt filtering, provider side moderation or safety checks, automated detection systems, rate limits, active generation locks, queue controls, Cloudflare Turnstile or similar anti bot verification, temporary blocks, account restrictions or manual review where appropriate.
These systems are intended to reduce abuse, but they are not perfect and may fail or be circumvented. You remain fully responsible for your prompts, uploads, references, outputs and any downstream use even if a prompt, upload or image is not blocked by our systems.
9. Logging, monitoring and investigations
In order to operate, protect and improve the tool, and to prevent fraud, abuse, excessive usage or unlawful activity, we may collect and process technical and usage information such as IP address or anonymised identifiers, browser and device data, timestamps, request metadata, generation counts, rate limit data, usage statistics, provider used, generation status, cost estimates, processing times, account identifiers where available, and moderation or block reasons.
We may use this information to detect abuse, enforce limits, investigate suspicious activity and protect the service, our users, our providers and third parties.

11. Availability, fair use and limits
We may slow, queue, pause, cap, limit, challenge, block or refuse requests in order to prevent abuse, manage costs, maintain quality of service, or protect our systems and providers. We may apply different limits by visitor, browser, session, account, language, IP address, device, provider, image count, feature type or other criteria.
12. Third party providers and external services
This tool relies on third party providers and external services, including cloud AI generation providers, infrastructure, anti abuse and anti bot providers, analytics services and advertising services. We do not control those third party systems, their uptime, moderation decisions, filters, processing times, technical faults, outages or output quality.
13. Advertising and third party links
This website may display advertising and links to third party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, actions, policies or practices of third party advertisers, ad networks, linked websites or external services.
14. Suspension, removal and reporting
We may block prompts, reject uploads, refuse generations, remove or disable access to content, restrict or terminate features, suspend or ban users, or take any other action we believe is necessary to protect people, comply with the law, prevent abuse, or protect the service.
We may preserve relevant records and, where we believe appropriate or legally necessary, report serious abuse, unlawful activity or harmful conduct to service providers, law enforcement, regulators or other relevant parties.
15. No warranty
This tool is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations of any kind about the service, generated images, moderation outcomes, feature availability, output suitability, or any result you may obtain.
16. Limitation of liability

17. Indemnity
